Both in trying times and in good we find ourselves drawn back home. The security and peace, as well as the challenge to grow, are to be found in the place of our beginning. This is true for the home where we grew up, but it is also true for our church home. For whatever reason, we sometimes drift away. We may find ourselves in a new place and have difficulty establishing ourselves in the church. We may have suffered a disappointment or something worse. Still, the bonds that tied us to the Church in the beginning are still there.
The Catholic community at St. Jude wants to invite you home. Sometimes complex circumstances come between us. We believe that those can be resolved and the satisfaction of participation in the church can return. We pledge ourselves to work with you to make your coming home an experience of joy in the Lord. We want to extend our welcome to you and your family. Come home and help us build a community of love, support and faith in God.
