Adult formation at St. Jude's takes many forms. We have several small community Bible studies, rosaries and faith sharing groups that meet at different times during the week and are listed in the bulletin. We also support larger community building groups such as MOMs (Mothers of Ministry Sharing), and CRHP (Christ Renews His Parish), these larger groups are ongoing and recycle more than once a year. Mary Boyle is the first point of contact for information on these larger groups.
In addition to community building and faith sharing, we offer instruction for adults. During the academic year, Father Tim teaches a Bible study on Monday evenings and periodically, our staff offers doctrine classes called Basic Catholic Teachings classes, dates for these classes are published in the bulletin. If you are a new or returning Catholic in need of instruction, RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) meets on Tuesday evenings. If you have questions about any of our programs, contact Mary Boyle, Director of Parish Formation, at 972-727-1177 ext. 2213.
