What are the Types of Family Planning offered at St. Jude?

St. Jude’s Family Planning program offers natural, reliable, effective and inexpensive methods to plan your family. In addition to the health benefits, couples report a fuller understanding of their sexuality and relationship through the use of these methods. The following Family Planning methods are available at St. Jude:

Couple to Couple League – Sympto-Thermal Method:
Couples learn their days of fertility and infertility through three fertility signs: temperature, mucus, and cervix changes interpreted in a cross-checking manner. There are a series of four group classes taught by professionally trained, volunteer husband and wife teams at monthly intervals. Personal counseling is also available at each class as well as between classes. For more information, or to obtain a class schedule, contact Peter & Stephanie Reisinger at 214-509-0828. Also, you can check out www.dfwnfp.org or www.ccli.org for information and scheduling.

In Touch Fertility Care Services -
Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System:
The FertilityCare™ System helps couples identify days of fertility and infertility through a mucus-only observation and signs of reproductive health problems, such as Infertility, PMS, miscarriage, hormonal problems, etc., that can be diagnosed and managed through physician referral. There are a series of private and personalized sessions with a certified FertilityCare™ Practitioner. For more information, or to schedule a FREE introductory session, please contact Holly Baril, FCP at 469-774-6559. For more information, you may visit her website at www.intouchfertility.com.
