Each year we enjoy the opportunity as a parish to pray a novena (nine days) of prayers for the needs of our parish. Our parish is named for the patron of those who suffer the most difficult of needs, those that appear hopeless. In a spirit of devotion to his guidance and prayers during this novena we offer all the Masses and join our private prayers for those in great need.

An offering envelope is provided so that we can join our prayers to a small sacrifice of money, thereby indicating both our thankfulness for the gift of prayer, and allowing us to be formed by our prayers.

These offerings are placed in our St. Jude Fund, which is used exclusively for assisting our parish members in time of need. The envelopes with our petitions are placed on the altar during the novena.

Novena Prayers

May the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus be adored, and loved in all the tabernacles until the end of time. Amen.

May the most Sacred Heart of Jesus be praised and glorified now and forever. Amen

St. Jude pray for us and hear our prayers. Amen.

Blessed be the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Blessed be the Immaculate Heart of Mary
Blessed be St. Jude Thaddeus, in all the world and for all Eternity.
